Since
1981, HPI Consultants has provided consulting services to the petroleum
refining and petrochemical industries. HPI has specialized in techno-economic
studies for the petroleum and petrochemical industries. This work has
included the development and use of linear programming models for petroleum
refining and petrochemical plants, technical and economic process evaluation,
and feasibility studies for refining and chemical projects. A series of
crude oil assay products have also evolved from this work.
